Yesterday, Innovarum attended a new Infoday held by the CDTI (the Spanish Industrial Technology Development Centre) regarding the SME Instrument, as part of the European Innovation Council pilot (EIC pilot) within the H2020 Work programme 2018-2020. Bernd Reichert, from the EASME (The Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) opened the workshop explaining the idea behind the EIC, as well as the main updates of the SME Instrument funding programme.
Finally, Luis J. Guerra, Ignacio Llorente and Esther Casado, from the CDTI, deepened the latest updates concerning the remaining two years of the programme, which includes a bottom-up approach, a larger budget, a greater weight of the impact and a project team interview in Brussels.
The CDTI is making available new interesting tools for the applicant companies, such as templates for developing effective business models or competitors’ analysis, and the possibility for a mock-interview for companies asked to present their projects in Brussels.
Once more, we would like to thank the CDTI for its involvement in these workshops and for all the tools placed at our disposal, which makes it possible to achieve success in this and other EU funding calls.
